Joseph Diliberti - Vietnam Marine Vet may lose home to eviction. Diliberti, whose property off Dehesa Road is headed toward auction if he doesn’t pay off $63,000 from fines and fees related to weed-clearing violations. Diliberti, a Vietnam War veteran, lives in the treehouse. This story is especially poignant because San Diego County is planning to take Joseph's home away from him after July 1, 2010. The county is doing so to obtain payment on an unjust lien placed on Joseph's property because of a bungled "weed abatement" order.
